Send a receipt after the transaction

If after you’ve processed a transaction and a customer then decides that they want a receipt, click on the “Sales” button in the bottom toolbar.

Find their transaction and then click on it.

Once on this page, click on the 3 vertical dots within the box showing the transaction amount and press “Send receipt”

You’ll then be asked to enter either the customer’s email address or mobile phone number – you need not enter both.
Once the info has been entered, press on “Send receipt” and this will be sent to the customer, normally within a couple of minutes.
