Changing the Card Reader

If you need to change the card reader that is paired to your app, go to the home page and click on the profile picture icon in the top right hand corner.

Press on “Payment methods”

You’ll see this as you already have a reader connected. Press on the settings cog icon next to “Air”

As soon as you press on this icon, the app will start scanning for card readers.

If the app finds multiple readers, it will ask you to confirm the last 3 digits on your screen to the serial number on the back of the reader. This info is also on the front of the District reader’s.

Once you’ve selected the right one, click on “Connect”

You should then get this screen and once you have, you can click “Done” and carry on as normal!
